Starting price: $ 4500 for a basic 40X60 mono pour slab on grade. This includes 30" deep stem walls by 12" wide.

 

The price does not include extra material for finish grading, which will be determined at the initial meeting to discuss the design plan with the client.

 

If Material is needed, it will be supplied from the closest pit to the job and trucked at $150/hr with a 3-hour minimum.
